Report is available on the record wherefrom it is evident that all the witnesses have already been examined, consequent thereupon the prosecution case was closed on 30.08.2016. On 05.09.2016 statement of the petitioner had already been recorded. In the aforesaid background, now the disposal of the case rest upon the conduct of the petitioner. So far reconsideration of prayer is concerned, in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I do not see any cogent reason to accede with the prayer of the petitioner. As such, instant petition is rejected.
