JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 43 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indiana Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is in custody since 27.11.2021, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Swati Dubeby, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 43 of 2021.
