The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 498 (A) and 304 (B)of the Indian Penal Code. The brother of the deceased Sunita Devi alleged that his sister was married to one Baiju Yadav and she had two sons. He came to know that his sister was killed and her dead body was concealed.

It is submitted that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The husband, Baiju Yadav, and other in-laws have been granted bail by this Court vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 44919/2011, 24482/2009 and 19586/2009 respectively. The petitioner is in jail since 19.2.2015. The petitioner is cousin fatherin-law of the deceased.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19852 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar, J.M., Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No.06 of 2009.
