Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

One country made katta is said to have been recovered on the basis of disclosure made by the petitioner. The aforesaid katta, allegedly, had been used in committing murder of one person. The present case has been lodged for the offence punishable under the Arms Act and for the aforesaid offence, petitioner is in jail custody since 27.10.2015.

No doubt, petitioner does have some criminal antecedent but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been remanded in two other cases after institution of the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind the period of
