The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 302, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have given Farsa blow on the head of deceased (brother of the informant).

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there was free-fight between the parties and this petitioner also sustained three injuries and and he is in custody since 30.05.2021. However, learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail petition and submitted that there is specific and direct allegation against this petitioner of assault, as
