JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 21-07-2015 Mr. Ajay Kumar Mishra, Advocate submits that since the original Advocate-on-record for the petitioners, Mr. Keshav Nath Tiwari, died and Mr. Vinay Kant Tripathy and Mr. Ajay Kumar Mishra, being Advocates associated earlier as juniors to him, had taken steps for obtaining vakalatnama from the petitioners but on enquiry, they were informed that petitioner No.1, Naga Mishra, is dead, whereas they could not trace the petitioner No.2, Ram Barai Mishra. It is submitted by them that they are not in a position to pursue the matter. In the above circumstances, the restoration application is dismissed as not pressed.
