JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 822 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 411, 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner along with others were apprehended by the police on the suspicion that they are involved in using ATM Cards for illegal withdrawal of money. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.11.2019. He further submits that nothing incriminating was recovered from the conscious and physical possession of

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 822 of 2019.
