The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that there is case and counter case and both sides have sustained injury. He also submits that the injury is simple in nature. Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and both sides have sustained injury, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5296 of 2020(3) dt.29-06-2020 2/2 before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Mahindwara P.S.
