This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Haspura PS Case No. 77 of 2017 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner was surfaced on the confessional statement of the co-accused. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2018 yet he has not been put under T I Parade. Referring to the case of co-accused Sadhu Sharan Yadav, Arun Kumar, Jai Prakash Kumar, Badari Paswan and Basant Kumar, who have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court, he submits that petitioner deserves similar

Considering the fact that name of the petitioner was surfaced on the confessional statement of the co-accused who have been granted bail and he has remained in jail since 26.10.2018, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. District Judge II, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura PS Case No. 77 of 2017.
