Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, Kunal Kumar, who has already been granted privilege of bail by this court vide order dated 04.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3526 of 2016. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it has been mentioned at para-3 of the petition that petitioner was made accused in Mahua P.S. Case No. 449 of 2015 in which he was granted bail but after that he was remanded in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014 and except the aforesaid cases, petitioner does not

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ravi Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S.
