Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 379, 384 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that having more or less similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Nokha (Dharampura) P.S. Case no. 94/2015.
