The petitioner has filed the instant application for directing the respondent authorities to release the Bolero pick up van bearing registration no. BR09R5395, Chesis no. MA1ZN2GHKF1E49110, Engine No. GHF1E34643 which was seized in connection with Teghra P.S. Case no. 81 of 2018 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the instant writ application is disposed of in terms of the
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2906 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2021 2/2 judgment of Division Bench of this Court dated 10.6.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. no.7281 of 2021 (Sanjay Ray versus State of Bihar and others).
The writ application stands disposed of.
