JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 24-11-2021 After arguing at some length, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the prayer made in the appeal with liberty to make a representation to the Collector, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif, who may look into the matter and take appropriate action.
We dispose of the matter with the observation that in
Patna High Court L.P.A No.34 of 2020(4) dt.24-11-2021 2/2 case, the appellant files a fresh representation before the Collector, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif i.e. the Respondent No. 3 within a period of three weeks from today, he shall examine the same as per law and take appropriate action, if so warranted. The same be done at the earliest, in any case not later than one month, thereafter.
