The petitioner seeks bail in Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 304 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the deceased made allegation that his son Radhey Malakar was killed by his wife and other in-laws. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. The wife of the deceased is said to have confessed before the police.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that except suspicion there is no material, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14129 of 2015 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 304 of 2014.
