Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 254 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In this case, case diary was called for. From perusal of the same, it appears that the injuries are simple in nature caused by hard blunt substance.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4979 of 2020(3) dt.19-06-2020 2/2 above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Gopalganj, in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 254 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with further condition that on release the petitioner shall render his service as volunteer in dedicated Covid-19 hospital for a period of one month. He is required to report to the district Nodal Officer who shall utilize the service of the petitioner appropriately.
