1. The State of Bihar .... .... Respondent/s =========================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Prabhu Narayan Sharma, Advocate For the Respondent/s : Md. Arif, APP =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment dated 3.3.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Begusarai in Criminal Appeal No.37 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 10.2.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Begusarai, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in Begusarai (Town) P.S. case No.610 of 2014.
The Petitioner seeks release in Begusarai (Town) P.S. case No.610 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 504, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Juvenile Justice Board, Begusarai.
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.266 of 2015 dt.23-04-2015 2/2 Considering the earlier antecedents of the Petitioner and the nature of allegations against him in the present case, I would be of the opinion that there is every likelihood of him mingling with anti social elements if he is released. Hence, I do not find any reason to allow this application.
The same stands rejected.
