The petitioner seeks bail in Ankorhi Gola P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. 220 grams of Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that he is in jail since 19.02.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Ankorhi Gola P.S.
