The petitioner seeks bail in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 217 of 2014 under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)1, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. From possession of the petitioner, two live cartridges of .315 bore and one mobile of Zen Company were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 22.09.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
