Perused the office note, from which it transpires that this appeal has stood dismissed for default as against respondent Nos. 1, 3, 6 and 7. It further transpires from the memo of appeal that the defendants in the suit are the appellants in this appeal and the suit was for declaration of title and possession of the plaintiffs over the suit land.

In view of the aforesaid facts proceeding further with this appeal in absence of respondent Nos. 1, 3, 6 and 7 may result in inconsistent orders or conflicting decrees.
