Vide office order as contained in Memo No.2477 dated 27.11.2017, the District Programme Officer, Jehanabad accepted the joining of the petitioner for the post of teacher. In view of the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner so far as joining is concerned stand redressed. The other grievance, i.e, payment of salary for the period petitioner was not provided adequate security so that he may render service in school in question on account of a dispute of distribution of scholarship and uniform is
Patna High Court CWJC No.4665 of 2017 dt.22-03-2018 2/2 concerned, the respondents are required to consider the case and pass appropriate order for the period the petitioner did not perform the responsibility on account of threat perception and reasoned speaking order may be passed within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt of production of a copy of this order. In case the respondents find that if representation filed by the petitioner has not been disposed of as yet, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within the time frame indicated hereinabove.
