The petitioner seeks bail in Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case no. 92 of 2011, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. The informant made allegation that the petitioner and others assaulted him with sticks.

It appears that the informant got one fracture injury in his hand. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail since 4.06.2014, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
