Petitioner is accused in a case registered under Sections 363, 366 A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner alongwith other co-accused enticed the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage or for illegal relation. From perusal of the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that she has given her age as 13 years and the court below has assessed her age as 14 years, In view of nature of allegation against the petitioner, his prayer for bail is rejected.
