JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-10-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(I) For a direction to the respondents concerned to help and give due security and support to the petitioner in fishing in Jalkar

Patna High Court CWJC No.4759 of 2021(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 business, which he has taken with the Government under the rule and regulation but the local anti-social elements/ persons of the area where he has to fish in his Jalkar threats to dire consequences and not doing his fishing work in jalkar on the following circumstances.

(II) For a direction upon he respondent no. 7 i.e. the District Magistrate/ Collector, Bhagalpur-cum-Bihar Jalkar Prabandhan Samaharnalay, Bhagalpur, DistrictBhagalpur and respondent no. 10 and 11 to give/ available to the petitioner force and security and help him in doing his fishery business. "

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
