JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 21 of 2015 registered under Sections 387, 505, 506, 507 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 10 and 11(A) of Aircraft Act.

It is alleged that petitioner was in possession of a mobile phone from which information was given that bomb has been kept in Patna Airport. However, this news disturbed the Airport authority, though, no bomb was there.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 18.02.2015.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19159 of 2015 (4) dt.31-07-2015 the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case no. 21 of 2015.
