JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 Earlier, the prayer for bail of this petitioner was thrice rejected by co-ordinate Bench of this Court as well as by this Hon'ble Court vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. no. 30050 of 2017, 10327 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. no. 53604 of 2018. This Court, while rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner, vide order dated 5.10.2018 directed the Court below to make all effort to conclude the trial within a period of three months from date of receipt of this order on the basis of report submitted by the Court below.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
