At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Ghorasahan, District-East Champaran for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
