The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No 310 of 2018 dated 28.12.2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 326 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, Section 3 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 13, 16, 19 and 20 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.

The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 19.07.2019. It has been submitted that his implication in the present case is only on the basis of confession of co-accused person, namely, Ruby Devi @ Ruvi Devi, who herself has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 38347/2019 on 11.09.2019.

Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Aditional Chief Judicial Magistrate -XI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S.
