2. In view of the pleadings on record, it is admitted at the Bar that the admitted retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid to him.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.

4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that if any further grievance of the petitioner remains, he may be permitted to file a representation before the Vice Chancellor.

5. Learned counsel for the University does not oppose.

6. In view thereof, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation and raise his grievance, including that for statutory interest, before the Vice Chancellor, if he feels that any due payment has remained unpaid.
