2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 323 , 418 , 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per the prosecution case , on the basis of incorrect information furnished by this petitioner, mutation of the land of informant created in favour of some other person .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The aforesaid mutation created by the learned Court of Circle Officer Khagaria was challenged by the complainant and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18640 of 2025(4) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 cancelled by DCLR Khagaria vide Jamabandi Cancellation Case No- 112 of 2021 and 114 of 2021 was allowed and the alleged mutation which was created on the basis of the report of this petitioner was cancelled.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that at the relevant time petitioner was Rajaswa Karamchari ( Revenue Employee) and has got 3 criminal antecedents and it was this petitioner who was responsible for creation of incorrect mutation .
6. Considering the accusation , criminal antecedents and other circumstances of the case , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
