Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P for the State. The petitioners seek bail in Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No. 378 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is of forcibly removing the informant's son from the Tempoo and then committing his murder by the petitioners and others.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2710 of 2020(3) dt.29-05-2020 2/2 petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 12.10.2019 having no criminal antecedent.

Counsel for the State however, vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific allegation against these petitioners of committing murder of the son of informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners abovenamed on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
