The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner and Rahul Kumar Singh were arrested and they are said to have confessed before the police. The looted motorcycle was recovered from the premises of Sant Singh Chouhan Bhawan Lodge and Rs.10,000/- was recovered from the possession of Rahul Kumar Singh. Rahul Kumar Singh has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 21.5.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 9074 of 2015. The petitioner was not put on Test Identification Parade. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18746 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Baroon P.S.Case No. 205 of 2014.
