JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on 15-06-2013 but after near about 16 days, the informant gave a petition to the concerned officer-in-charge, mentioning this fact that subsequently, he came to know that the petitioner and one Ranjay Yadav had committed the alleged occurrence. The co-accused, Ranjay Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court by order dated 24-09-2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34968 of 2014.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11207 of 2016 (2) dt.10-03-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ayar P.S. Case No. 46 of 2013 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
