2. Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 05.11.2024, in connection with Sessions Trial Reg. No. 279 of 2025 arising out of Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 269 of 2024, F.I.R. dated 04.08.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 238(a), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 30.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20563 of 2025 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.11.2024 and the trial is not in progress.

5. Vide order dated 12.02.2026 a report was called for with regard to the stage of the trial. Report dated 19.02.2026 of the learned Trial Court reveals that out of six chargesheet witnesses, two prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the next date of the case was fixed on 26.02.2026.
6. Considering the nature of allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. and in view of the report of the learned Trial Court, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Sessions Trial Reg. No. 279 of 2025 arising out of Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 269 of 2024 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Kaimur at Bhabhua.
7. Prayer is refused.
8. However, the learned Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Ibrar//- U T
