JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Laukaha (Khutauna) P.S.Case No. 76 of 1990 registered u/s 379, 341, 323, 353 IPC.

This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail for about 5 years.

Petitioner undertakes to participate in the proceeding regularly and will not absent himself.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Rajendra Thakur is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19241 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 2/2 with Laukaha (Khutauna) P.S.Case No. 76 of 1990, subject to the conditions that:

(i) one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, i.e., father, mother or wife, and (ii) the petitioner would co-operate and if he will fail to co-operate in the proceeding of the court and will remain absent for two consecutive dates without reasonable explanation, the court will pass appropriate order, including cancellation of bail bonds.
