The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sheohar P.S.Case No.275 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

As per FIR, huge quantity of the liquor has been recovered and the petitioners are said to be engaged in the liquor business and as per FIR, they have provided vehicle for that purpose. So far petitioner no.2 is concerned, it is stated that brother-in-law of the petitioner no.1 was riding on the motorcycle which was also seized at the place of occurrence. Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground of active involvement of the petitioners. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
