The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the first information report. The F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. After recovery of the headless dead body of a women, Md. Rayees and the petitioner were arrested. Md. Rayees disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner is also alleged to have confessed his guilt, but no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Md. Rayees and Sarwar @ Sarwar Alam have already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 27683/2014 and 34694/2014. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20872 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S.
