In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.393 of 2015, arising out of Chautarwa P.S. Case No.105 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 54 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has already been started and perhaps one or two witnesses have been examined.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10503 of 2016 (2) dt.02-03-2016 2/2 as early as possible preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioner will have a liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
