Patna High Court MJC No.852 of 2016 (2) dt.20-04-2016 2/2 4261 of 2013 to its original file and number. On going through the order dated 06.01.2016, it appears that at least on two occasions the petitioner defaulted in appearing on call. I do not find adequate reasons to allow the application. It is dismissed.

Dismissal of this application shall, however, not preclude the petitioner from filing a fresh writ petition if the cause survives.
