JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 25-01-2019 The petitioner, who is a retired Constable of Police, is aggrieved by the fact that without communicating to him any reason whatsoever, he has not been given the benefit of the M.A.C.P. to which he is entitled.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has only been orally informed that there was some irregularity while granting him the benefit of 2nd A.C.P. and, therefore, the later benefits have not accrued to him. In order to have such grievance redressed, the petitioner has been representing before the respondent authorities successively and continuously but till date, no action has been taken at the end of the respondents.

3. Let a fresh representation be filed by the petitioner with all necessary facts before the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Champaran Region, Bettiah (respondent No. 4), within a period of four weeks from today, along with the copy of this order.

On receipt of such representation/application, the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Champaran Region, Bettiah (respondent No. 4) shall look into the matter and dispose off the same. In case, the claim of the petitioner is maintainable, necessary sequel orders shall be passed, without any
