The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of a coaccused. Other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 31635/2012, 35386/2012, 36468/2012, 18200/2013, 33565/2012, annexed as Annexure-2 Series and Annexure-3 Series.

Considering the fact that name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of a co-accused and except that the police did not collect any other material against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9580 of 2015 (3) dt.24-04-2015 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 105 of 2012.
