Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner is named in the first information report but general allegation of firing has been levelled against the petitioner and other accused. Moreover, informant has, himself, admitted in his written report that only abrasion was caused due to firing made by FIR named accused.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11460 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 Moreover, injury report of the informant shows that one lacerated wound was found on his neck and no abnormality detected in course of medical examination.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
