The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 186 of 2019, registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in course of patrolling duty, the informant along with other Police personnel reached at Sakri Bazar then saw a person was stopped by the local Chowkidar. On query, that person disclosed his name Dipesh Kumar Sao, but he could not produce any paper regarding ownership of the vehicle, but he informed that the said motorcycle belongs to his friend Rajkumar Jha @ Manoj Jha and the same was stolen by Md. Raja (Petitioner). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9899 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of Dipesh Kumar Sao. The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-V, Darbhanga in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 186 of 2019.
