2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 292 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 80, 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, a telephonic information was given to the informant in respect of death of her daughter, namely, Surasti Dev and also she was asked to come to I.T.I. to see her daughter. On getting information, she and her family members rushed there and found that her daughter's dead body was lying in a room. When she removed cloth from her face, a black mark was

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is brother-in-law (devar) of the deceased and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Husband is already in judicial custody. General and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. Petitioner has been living separately from the deceased and her husband with mess and business. After completion of investigation, chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioner. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 9.6.2025 without having any criminal antecedent.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
