Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section-392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are named in the first information report and the informant claimed that he identified the petitioners and others committing the alleged loot but submission on behalf of petitioners is that petitioners are co-villagers of the informant and having similar allegation, one co-accused namely, Jang Bahadur Rai has already been granted privilege of bail. Taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two
