The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(A) of the Excise Act. 63 pouches each containing 400 ml. of country made liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Baikunthpur P.S.
