The petitioner seeks regular bail in Alauli P.S. Case No. 354/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is an employee of Tubewell Department and on the date of occurrence he was on duty. From the written report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the

No.3528 of 2019(2) dt.01-02-2019 2/2 petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 354/2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner.
