Learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation, upon instructions, submits that the petitioner would be subjected to bio metric verification. He, however, submits that since such bio metric verification has to be done by the vendor, namely, Tata Consultancy (for brevity, TCs), he cannot give specific time frame as the same has to be done by an entity other than the Corporation. The submission also brings to fore the fact that

Patna High Court CWJC No.1529 of 2020(3) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 TCs is an independent entity of the respondent-Corporation. In the circumstances, this Court would only observe that the bio metric verification be done without any delay and expeditiously.

Let the process be completed preferably within six weeks.
