The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

F.I.R. is against unknown. However, only material against the petitioner is that on the basis of location of mobile, the name of the petitioner has come, but except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur(Supaul), in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014.
