JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Purnea.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the said authority for redressal of his grievances and in case the petitioner approaches the said authority within a period of four weeks from today, the said authority shall examine the case of the petitioner on merits without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
