In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have taken away the minor girl of the informant. The statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. is also against the present petitioner. However, the application which has been filed before the Court below attaching the photograph, shows that she herself has entered into the marriage with Manish Kumar looking to her future and claiming herself to be

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, namely, Mamta Devi, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Thawe P.S.
